To Supply Buffet

Mixed Sandwiches - White/brown bread fresh baked with a choice of fillings including:
Chicken/speciality chickens, ham, beef, turkey, salami, sausage.
Cheddar cheese, brie, houmous, tuna mayo, egg mayo, prawn.
*Plattered on trays: 8 round per platter = 32 quarters.
£19,95 per platter.

Variety of freshly baked meat/vegetarian savouries:
Luxury chicken nuggets, chicken wings, sausage rolls, spinach and ricotta, mozzarella and brocoli, cheese and onion rolls, ham and cheese strudel, roasted veg plait, chinese and indian savouries and vol-au-vents.
*Plattered on trays: 20 or more finger food items.
From £14,95 per platter.

Selection of cakes:
Flapjack, caramel slice, apple sponge, chocolate crunch, chocolate and coconut sponge, fruits of the forest sponge, rhubarb and goosebery sponge.
£16,95 per platter.

Selection of fruits:
Strawberries, melon, apples, oranges, pineapple, kiwi and mixed grapes.
£From £15,50 per platter.

Refreshments:
Orange/apple juice, still/sparkling water.
Tea/coffee can be supplied if required.
£1,20 each.

A children's menu is also available which includes sandwich, sausage rolls, crisps, ring doughnuts and grapes. Price on request.

We can also supply a working lunch from £5,95 per person, this includes sandwich (5 quarters), a savoury and a cake.
When catering for large groups, sandwiches and savouries are usually estimated for around 3/4 of the group. If you have any other requirements we will try our best to accomodate you.
